This policy explains how Cultivare.md collects, uses, stores and protects data when you browse the site, use accounts or the forum, submit content, subscribe to the newsletter or contact us.

- IP address, browser, device, language, pages visited, visit time, referrer and security logs;
- cookies, online identifiers and consent preferences;
- newsletter email; account, profile, forum, comment, message and submitted-content data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to operate and secure the site, provide requested features, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, measure performance, improve content and deliver advertising. Bases include consent, requested services, legal obligations and legitimate interests.
4. Cookies, tags and retention
Non-essential cookies and third-party content are blocked until consent. You can accept all, reject optional cookies or configure each service, then change your choice through the cookie icon.

Periods are indicative and can be shortened by deleting cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not block basic content.
5. Providers and transfers
Hosting, security, analytics, email, newsletter, advertising and embedded-content providers may process limited data. Processing outside Moldova or the EEA uses legally required safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention and security
Data is kept only as needed for its purpose, legal duties and protection of rights. Newsletter data is retained until unsubscribe or consent withdrawal. We use reasonable access controls, maintenance, backups and safeguards.
